Chiharu is a shape-shifting Alien who has resided on Earth for many millennia. Their speech and actions are very nonchalant, though often condescending, typically making others uncomfortable when in extreme circumstances. They can take many forms, from in-animate objects like phones, to living creatures like animals and humans. The "collar" they wear helps them maintain whatever form their currently use.
